Inclement Weather Policy.
If the theatre determines that a performance can be held, then the "show will go on!" A liberal exchange policy will be in effect, meaning that patrons will be allowed to exchange their tickets for future performances of the same production (if available) or a future production of equal or lesser value. If a performance is held, there are NO REFUNDS on pre-paid tickets. Exchange tickets are subject to availability and must be completed 2 hours prior to curtain or will be considered a no show and tickets will be forfeited.
If the theatre determines that a performance can NOT be held, this decision is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. In this case, patrons are given three options:
1 - Exchange tickets for another performance during the run
2 - Exchange tickets for another production later in the season if there is no availability for current production
3 - Transfer ticket purchase to a Theatre NOVA donation (tax deductible)
NOTE: Tickets being exchanged on a performance which can NOT be held, must be exchanged within seven days of the canceled performance. Tickets that are not rescheduled during the 7 day period will be converted to donations after seven days. Please email the theatre to make the exchange.
